Yes — we are a mobile service. We come to your home or office anywhere in Austin and the nearby cities listed above, with the equipment needed for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Please clear small personal items from the areas before we arrive.

Wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs and runners, stairs, sofas, sectionals, loveseats, dining and accent chairs, mattresses, and other fabric upholstery, in homes and offices. Rugs are cleaned in your home, with no pickup or drop-off. If you are unsure about a fabric, send us a photo and we will let you know.

We pre-treat pet spots and use targeted spot and odor treatment on both carpet and upholstery. Stains that have soaked into the padding or bleached the fiber may lighten rather than disappear completely — we tell you honestly what to expect during the inspection. More on pet stain & odor cleaning.

Most appointments take 1–4 hours depending on the number of rooms or pieces, square footage, fabric, and condition. We give you a more accurate estimate when we confirm your quote. Quotes usually come the same day, and the appointment time is confirmed separately.

Once it is dry. Dry time depends on the fiber, humidity, and airflow; running the AC or a fan speeds it up. Until then, keep foot traffic light and keep pets off the carpet or couch.

Pick up small items and anything fragile, clear a path to the areas being cleaned, and point out the spots you are worried about. You do not need to vacuum first — professional vacuuming is part of every visit.

Please move small items and anything fragile before we arrive. If a large piece has to stay where it is, mention it when you request your quote so we can plan the visit around it.
